Your workflow details are not marketing inventory.

Inquiry and project-intake forms may collect your name, email address, business description, selected interests, workflow details, tools involved, desired outcome, and human-approval boundaries.

When a form is submitted, the site also records limited technical context such as the selected service, source and landing pages, campaign identifiers, the hostname of the website that first referred you, the form-page referrer without query parameters, and browser user-agent. Original external referrer paths and query strings are not stored in inquiry attribution. Hosting and security providers may process IP addresses and ordinary request logs to deliver and protect the site.

Agent Run Apps does not sell or rent inquiry data. A website inquiry is not permission for an unrelated mass-marketing campaign.

Recorded examples were created in controlled business applications using fictional names, requests, documents, and appointments. Some runs created private test records or sent an invitation only to an address controlled by Agent Run Apps; each recording states its exact boundary.

Watching a recording does not connect to your accounts or change a business system. Illustrated workflow panels are static planning examples and do not collect or process viewer input. Do not submit confidential client or customer data through a public form.

• Vercel hosts the website and provides privacy-focused, aggregated web analytics.
• Neon stores inquiry records when the production database is configured.
• Resend delivers inquiry notifications to Agent Run Apps.
• HubSpot organizes inquiry and sales follow-up records, including relevant correspondence.
• Cal.com handles scheduling when you choose to book a call.

These providers process information under their own terms and privacy commitments. They receive only the categories needed for the functions described above.

The site uses Vercel Web Analytics for aggregated traffic information such as page views, referrers, general location, browser, and device type. Vercel describes this service as operating without third-party cookies or cross-site personal identifiers.

This site uses session storage for limited page and campaign context so an inquiry can retain where it started. Form text is not stored there or sent to web analytics. Third-party destinations such as Cal.com may set their own cookies after you leave this site.

Inquiry records and related correspondence are retained while an opportunity or client relationship is active and afterward only as reasonably needed for follow-up, records, security, dispute resolution, or legal obligations. Provider logs and backups follow the applicable provider’s retention schedule.

You may ask to access, correct, or delete information you submitted by emailing adam.preda@agentrunapps.com. Reasonable identity verification may be required, and some records may be retained where legally necessary.

Agent Run Apps uses access controls, server-only credentials, limited data collection, encrypted service connections, and abuse controls. No internet transmission or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure.
