What I build

The thing your business needs, built end to end.

You do not need a finished specification. Bring the problem, the idea, or the rough version. I can help shape it, design it, build it, and get it live.

A good fit: you want an app, website, web app, customer-facing or internal tool, Chrome extension, or another custom product. A rough idea is enough to start.

01

iOS apps

Full apps, ready for the App Store

The screens, backend, accounts, subscriptions or payments, App Store submission, and everything needed to launch.

02

Websites + web apps

From the public site to the working product

Marketing sites, logged-in web apps, booking tools, and custom online experiences that work on every screen.

03

Customer portals

One useful place for customers

Secure accounts where people can book, pay, upload files, check progress, or manage their work with you.

04

Internal tools

Software built around your team

Employee and admin tools that replace tangled spreadsheets, repeated data entry, and manual handoffs.

05

Chrome extensions

A tool that works where the work happens

Focused browser extensions that add the right shortcut, information, or action to the sites your team already uses.

06

Something custom

When the right thing does not exist yet

A purpose-built product, workflow, or integration shaped around the result you need—not an off-the-shelf template.

Built and working

Two iPhone products, built end to end.

A finished product is more than its screens. These builds included the systems behind them, testing, launch preparation, and the small details that make software usable.

Live on the App Store

Gary.ai

An iPhone app that researches sports picks every day and puts the useful results in subscribers’ hands. Product, automated jobs, payments, and App Store release were all part of the build.

Working iPhone product

Sync’d

A camera-based utility that scans a product and turns what it sees into clear, useful information. The experience was designed and built as one complete product.

Built end to end

How a build works

Four straightforward steps.

You always know what is being built, what is ready to try, and what happens next.

01

Tell me what you need

We talk through the problem, who will use the product, and what the first useful version must do.

02

We agree on the first phase

You get a written scope, a fixed price, completion checks, and a payment schedule before work begins. Larger projects are split into useful phases.

03

I build it, then we review

You see working software early. We check it against the agreed scope, and I fix in-scope defects during the agreed review window. Additional work gets a separate quote.

04

We launch and hand it over

Your accounts and data remain yours throughout. The agreed custom code, documentation, and deliverables transfer after the agreed payment. Ongoing support is scoped separately.

A clear way to start

A clear first phase. A product you own.

After a short conversation, we define the smallest useful first version. Before work begins, you get a written scope with a fixed phase price, deliverables, completion checks, a review window, and a payment schedule. Larger builds move forward in agreed phases.

Bring the messy version. We can usually find the sharp first build inside it.
