AI for agents · brokers · real estate teams
Keep every client moving.
A real estate book moves through dozens of small handoffs: a portal inquiry, a first call, a showing, a lender update, a document, a next step. I connect those routine moments so the relationship still feels personal and the licensed work stays with you.
Where the week actually goes
Work you should not have to keep catching.
The useful starting point is not “use AI.” It is recognizing the moment that repeatedly costs time, money, or a customer.
Showing coordination turns into a day of calendar texts and confirmations.
Useful notes from the appointment never become a timely client follow-up.
Transaction checklist items surface only when somebody asks where they stand.
A likely first proof
Inquiry to showing, organized
A new inquiry is captured with the property, timing, contact source, and requested next step. The system prepares a personal response and workable showing options; you decide how to respond and what belongs in the CRM.
After the first win
Other leaks worth plugging.
Start narrow enough to prove the value. Expand only when the first system has earned the right to connect more of the operation.
Showing coordination
Availability from the approved calendar becomes a short set of choices, then a reviewed confirmation and reminder once the time is agreed.
Client follow-up
Voice notes or typed notes become a clear recap, property-specific next steps, and a draft that still sounds like the agent who had the conversation.
Transaction visibility
Known checklist items, missing documents, and upcoming handoffs are gathered into one digest without pretending to replace the broker, lender, title team, or attorney.
Start with one AI tool and one real task.
A $295 one-on-one setup session can configure the right tool, test one useful workflow, and leave reusable instructions in accounts you control. Team working sessions start at $950.
Fair questions
What owners ask before we talk.
Direct answers, including the parts that matter after the build is finished.
Will it work with my CRM and calendar?
Usually the right first step is to use the CRM, email, forms, and calendar you already have through approved integrations, APIs, or controlled imports and exports. The exact connections depend on your brokerage's permissions and vendor plan.
What will the system never decide?
It will not steer or screen people, infer protected characteristics, set pricing, give licensed advice, make representation promises, submit offers, or sign anything. Those decisions and communications remain with the agent and brokerage.
What does a useful first build cost?
For a full custom automation, plan on a minimum project budget of $2,500. A narrow first build can often run in about a week; connected systems take longer and may move into five figures. Smaller focused help can cost less. Each custom phase has a written scope, fixed price, completion checks, and payment schedule agreed before work begins.
START WITH THE BOTTLENECK
Fifteen minutes. Straight answers. No pitch.
Tell me where the week goes. I will tell you what is worth fixing—and sometimes the honest answer is nothing yet.
