ABOUT THE STUDIO

INDEPENDENT STUDIO / CINCINNATI

One builder accountable for the whole thing.

Agent Run Apps is Adam Preda’s independent software and AI automation practice. Clients work directly with the person scoping, designing, engineering, testing, and explaining the system.

The goal is not another subscription or a dependency on Adam’s private dashboard. It is useful work running inside accounts and tools the client controls.

THE PRACTICE

Product craft and operational plumbing.

There are two kinds of work here. The App Builder turns an idea into a customer product or internal tool. The AI Plumber finds the recurring work—calls, inboxes, estimates, scheduling, reporting, billing, or another handoff—and connects it around the way the business already operates.

Both routes use the same standard: make the behavior visible, test it against real cases, keep human judgment where it belongs, and document the handoff.

PROOF BEFORE PROMISES

The examples are demonstrations, not boxed products.

Gary.ai is a shipped iPhone product. The workflow demos are safe sandboxes showing what a call, inbox, follow-up, or recurring task can become. A client implementation will look different because the source systems, permissions, language, exceptions, and ownership model are different.

Inspect the working examples, then bring the messy version of the real task.

HOW THE WORK RUNS

Start narrow. Make it real. Leave with the keys.

  1. Map the current workflow, failure points, systems, and human decisions.
  2. Build the smallest useful version in a safe environment.
  3. Test normal cases, exceptions, failure recovery, and the pause control.
  4. Pilot with real work only after the client approves the boundaries.
  5. Hand over access, documentation, operating guidance, and ownership.
Production accounts, credentials, phone numbers, sending identities, and data should be created in—or transferred to—client-controlled systems.

A USEFUL FIRST CALL

Bring one business moment.

A strong first conversation is specific: “When this call, email, estimate, payment, or record arrives, here is what happens now, here is where it stalls, and here is what I wish happened instead.”

Book a fifteen-minute workflow fit call or send the task in writing. If an existing tool is the better answer, Adam will say that too.
