TWO SMALL WAYS TO START
These are fixed-scope services for people who want practical help before considering custom automation. You know the price and the intended result before the session begins.
Choose and configure the right tool, review permissions, test one useful task, and leave with reusable instructions and a short setup guide. Before booking, we confirm account access, required subscriptions, and that the task fits 90 minutes. Custom software and unattended production integrations are quoted separately.
Work through one agreed team workflow using prepared accounts and sample material. Leave with reusable instructions and a handoff guide. Individual installations, custom integrations, and additional workflows are scoped separately.
CHOOSE BY THE WORK
Codex and Claude Code are strongest for software work. ChatGPT, Claude, and other approved tools may fit documents, research, spreadsheets, and everyday business tasks better. The session starts with the job, not a vendor preference.

A CLEAN STOPPING POINT
A working session is useful on its own. If it reveals a repetitive workflow worth implementing more deeply, I can quote that custom build separately. There is no requirement to continue.
Full custom automations begin at $2,500. We start with a defined phase and agree on its fixed price, completion checks, and payment schedule before work begins. Further phases are optional.
ONE PERSON / $295 USD
These policies cover one person, 90 minutes and one agreed task in an existing tool. We include them in your written scope for acceptance before payment. Team sessions and custom development use separately agreed scopes and terms. Existing signed agreements keep their own terms.
Refund the full prepaid setup service fee. No cancellation fee.
Unless an inability-to-complete or in-scope-defect case below applies, retain the setup service fee and provide the work and notes completed so far. Stop work without an additional charge. Record a voluntary early stop, not a completed delivery.
Allow one reschedule at no extra charge, with the replacement held within 30 calendar days of the original date. If no replacement can be agreed, or the replacement is canceled or missed before work begins, close the booking and refund the full setup service fee. A later request starts with a new fit check; no indefinite appointment credit.
The buyer chooses a replacement full 90-minute session or a full setup service-fee refund. This does not consume the buyer's reschedule. If no replacement can be held within 30 calendar days, refund rather than leave an open booking.
Stop before substantive configuration. Use the one reschedule or refund the full setup service fee. Do not take payment when the prerequisite gap is already known during qualification.
Document what works and what failed; do not enable an untested action. The buyer chooses a full setup service-fee refund or one completion attempt of up to 30 minutes within 10 business days. If that attempt cannot meet the agreed checks, refund the full setup service fee and mark delivery incomplete. A larger project is an optional separate scope.
The buyer can report a problem with the agreed task within 7 calendar days after handoff, using the business contact route stated in the confirmation. Include the observed result and a safe example. Acknowledge within 2 business days. Provide one consolidated correction/clarification pass within 10 business days of the report, subject to the shared allowance below. If an in-scope defect cannot be corrected within that allowance and period, refund the setup service fee and record the unresolved result.
Shared completion/correction allowance: a maximum of 30 additional working minutes per engagement, inclusive of any completion attempt and post-session clarification/correction. It covers the agreed configuration and instructions. New tasks, extra training or participants, later client changes, vendor outages/changes and ongoing monitoring are outside this allowance. An unresolved defect in the originally delivered work is handled by the refund policy above, not a compulsory paid upgrade. No emergency, continuous availability or business-result guarantee is offered.
Refund handling: initiate an applicable refund within 5 business days through the verified original billing/payment process; receipt timing depends on that process. Refund the setup service fee actually collected, without a new cancellation or handling fee. Separately approved subscriptions/usage paid directly to other providers are outside this service-fee refund. Record refunds against the original invoice and apply its verified billing treatment; this policy does not determine tax treatment or select a payment provider.

Yes. One-on-one and team sessions can be held remotely, and Cincinnati-area sessions can be arranged on site when that is more useful.
No. Any approved software, model, API, or connector charges stay visible in accounts you own. Adam will identify those costs before turning anything on.
You can stop with the working setup. If a custom build would be valuable, Adam will scope and quote it separately. There is no requirement to continue into a larger project.
The free 15-minute intro confirms that the task fits the session. The $295 one-on-one session is paid before the working session. Team sessions receive one fixed price before scheduling. Custom development is quoted separately, with defined phases, completion checks, and a written payment schedule.
