AI for coffee shops · boutiques · vintage & resale
You built the shop people love. The busywork can run itself.
You're the buyer, the counter, the marketer, and the bookkeeper — usually in the same hour. You don't need “an AI strategy.” You need someone to sit down, set the right tools up around how your shop actually runs, and hand you the keys. That's the job.
Where the week actually goes
Work you should not have to keep catching.
The useful starting point is not “use AI.” It is recognizing the moment that repeatedly costs time, money, or a customer.
Google reviews sit unanswered for weeks; the one angry one sits there the longest.
Regulars drift and nobody notices until the slow month.
New arrivals get photographed at midnight and captioned by thumb.
A likely first proof
The Setup Session
One afternoon, one-on-one, in your shop or on a call. I set up the AI that drafts your newsletter, your posts, and your review replies — on your machine, trained on your voice, with a plain-English cheat sheet. You approve everything it writes; it just stops being your job to start from blank.
After the first win
Other leaks worth plugging.
Start narrow enough to prove the value. Expand only when the first system has earned the right to connect more of the operation.
The self-writing newsletter
What's new in the shop this week becomes a drafted newsletter and matching posts — you glance, tweak, send.
Review replies in your voice
Every Google review gets a warm, human reply drafted within the hour — including the graceful version for the rough ones.
Regulars win-back
“Haven't seen you in a while” messages that fill slow weeks — from your list, in your voice, on their own.
When one of these should run fully on its own—the newsletter, review replies, or win-backs—I scope the smallest useful version around the tools you already use. If you would rather have ongoing help, the AI Back Office is a separate optional month-to-month service scoped to the work you want covered. Your accounts and data stay under your control; accepted, paid custom work transfers to you.
Start with one AI tool and one real task.
A $295 one-on-one setup session can configure the right tool, test one useful workflow, and leave reusable instructions in accounts you control. Team working sessions start at $950.
Fair questions
What owners ask before we talk.
Direct answers, including the parts that matter after the build is finished.
I'm not technical at all. Is this really for me?
That's exactly who this is for. You don't install anything alone, you don't learn jargon, and you leave with tools already working on your machine plus a one-page cheat sheet. If you can text, you can run what I set up.
Will it sound like me, or like a robot?
It learns from your own captions, emails, and how you talk about the shop — and nothing goes out without your approval. Most owners say the drafts sound more like them than what they write at midnight.
What does it cost?
A setup session is a smaller fixed-scope engagement priced after a quick review. For a full custom automation, plan on a minimum project budget of $2,500; connected systems can move into five figures. Each custom phase has agreed deliverables, completion checks, and a written payment schedule. In-scope defects are corrected during the agreed review window. No mandatory retainer is required.
START WITH THE BOTTLENECK
Fifteen minutes. Straight answers. No pitch.
Tell me where the week goes. I will tell you what is worth fixing—and sometimes the honest answer is nothing yet.
